Iāve been using this maintenance company since 2020 and have had a maintenance membership for most of that time, initially paying about $150 and now $180. Unfortunately, the price increase has come with no improvement in customer service, and Iāve experienced three cancellations recently. The second cancellation was for a furnace check-up, and I was told all their employees were sick. Todayās third cancellation was for plumbing services due to the unfortunate passing of an employeeās family member. I understand that sickness and personal loss are terrible, and Iāve always been willing to reschedule when things like this come up. However, after being impacted three times by cancellations due to personal matters of their employees, this situation needs to be addressed. Mind you, this isnāt an issue of employees needing to take time offāitās an issue of properly staffing the company to accommodate customers when employees need to take leave. After explaining my frustration to Rachel, the plumbing manager, she said they could try to send someone out tomorrow. I made it clear that if they couldnāt guarantee the appointment, I didnāt want to block out more time only to have nobody show up. Given the ongoing issue with cancellations, I proposed that if they couldnāt guarantee the appointment, I would prefer a discount on my $180 membership to compensate for the repeated inconvenience of being canceled on. I believe thatās a fair solution, rather than squeezing me into a packed schedule for tomorrow. Rachel insisted they could fit me in tomorrow, but given the circumstances, I donāt want to be squeezed in at the last minute. Iām not trying to be difficult, but I need my time to be respected. The company should either prioritize their loyal customers, offer a discount for repeated issues, or properly staff to avoid these situations. As it stands, I feel like customer service is failing here. You canāt cancel on a customer three times, waste half a week of their time, and expect a simple āsorryā to be enough. If they would instead offer a discount on my membership, I believe that would be a reasonable solution to this ongoing issue.

Jon,Jordan,Dylan, Miguel & Marshal did a great job & very friendly! They walked me through the function on my updated brand new heater! Very thorough & did s good job of installing my new water line too! I will definitely recommend this gentlemen!

Jeremy, Phil & Thomas were excellent ! I Was still just thinking to be getting a quote for a new H2O heater and hired them immediately... instead.. In 90 minutes the trio had an excellent new system ...up and running, with all the frills.. the old one wasn't broken, just 13 years old. The new install is sweet! Now I can enjoy that my household can take 2 baths and a shower without delays, one right after each other...instead of waiting :45 to have the boiler to struggle to recover... Clean, smart...top notch.

My kitchen sink is slow, so I asked for a general range estimate, offering to give photos of whatever they needed. Rachel the manager let me know she couldnāt tell me if it would be anywhere between $100 or $10,000.

Never, never use this company. We had a flood and they came and helped us get through that and our basement looked really nice. Then pipes started rattling so they came and tore out parts of our new ceiling and left saying they don't put the tile back up. Then we had another small flood so they came and put in a sump pump. Then a little over a year we had another major flood. When they came out they said the pump never turned on and that it had to be defective but because it was over a year they could replace it for about $2000. We told them to leave. The first flood was paid by insurance but everything else has come out of our pockets for thousands of dollars. Now we have no flooring, holes in the ceiling, a sump pump that doesn't work, paneling coming off the walls and no money to fix any of it. And above that we have lost thousands of dollars in furnishings and so very many memorable items.

Always fantastic service! From the moment you call to the end of the service! All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done. They always get you scheduled for an appointment no problem. We just had a new toilet installed by Jordan and John they arrived on time and were so nice answering all of our questions. Weāve also had Jeremy do our tune ups and heās just great and very informative.What a professional team and we couldnāt be happier with the work! Would highly recommend!

Well, I am once again 100% impressed with the amazing Friendly Technicians! Jon, and Marshall showed up early this morning, and got right to work! They then went into detail about our options. At the time, we requested the cheapest option, and they got straight to work! About an hour later, my mother in law said that she would pay for the best option! Which was a full upgrade of our water heater fully up to code! Plus, our original issue would be fixed as well! They were able to fit us in today! Which was AMAZING OF THEM! Which is when JUAN SHOWED UP! and all I can say is WOW! (in a good way of course...) sometimes you can just tell when a person has found their calling in life... That's JUAN! There is SO MUCH MORE that all three of them did, and that I would be happy to notate here. But it would take all night for me to write it! Needless to say, we are OVER THE MOON with all of the hard work, and dedication from them! Juan was SO QUICK with the install, and you can tell he takes pride in his work! Jon was so knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of our options, and how it would need to be done! Marshall was SO respectful when interacting with us. When it came time to turn off and on the water, and gas, he gave us ample time to do what we needed before turning them off. He is also extremely quick! He is a hustler, that guy!! No matter what problems came up(and there were many...) These guys not only explained them in detail. But gave us information on how to correct them, and made us feel secure in knowing that when the time came to fix them, that we could just give them a call to get it started! Love you guys, and thanks for everything!!!
